Refund policy
All products are custom made, and are produced once ordered. Since each product is custom made upon order, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, which means that minor variations in the placement of a print will occur, which is normal. Returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind that you no longer want your product.
In case of a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us at support@uniteecreations.com and provide a detailed description of your issue, photographic and/or video proof, along with your order number within 30 days of product delivery.
After investigating your issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If our Support team determines that your product is faulty as claimed, the Order or line items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Replacement items will be reshipped, or refunds will be issued as applicable in the form of credit to the credit card on file or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind that your refund may be posted after the aforementioned timeframe due to processing time required by your credit card company or bank.
